Who is behind Corporate Contacts?
Corporate Contacts is owned and managed by Data HQ Ltd.
For over 10 years, Data HQ has supplied list and research services and database marketing support to help our clients understand, target and build relationships with decision-makers in the UK.
We’re based in Chelmsford, Essex, and employ 20 full-time staff plus a team of 10 dedicated UK-based data researchers for Corporate Contacts.
Who is Corporate Contacts suitable for?
Our clients range from small consultancy firms to large corporate businesses.
The majority of users offer professional services such as employment advice, training and development, management consultancy, corporate finance and publishing.
How do I access the data?
For your one off projects, Corporate Select allows you to define, purchase and download data right here on the site. All you need is a credit or debit card.
If you join our Corporate Advantage subscription programme, we’ll give you a login and password. The system is very simple and quick to use. You can run your own counts and directly download the lists.
What job functions for the contact names have you got?
We have contacts for most operational functions of each business:

There are thousands of different job titles. We group these into three categories of descending seniority for ease of use.
So for HR, for example, we have:

What criteria were used to establish a Corporate Business?
The company must employ a minimum of 100 staff or have a turnover of at least 10m. So the Corporate Contacts list includes the UK’s biggest brand names, with companies like BA, BT, Virgin, M&S, John Lewis, KPMG, Orange and O2.

What do I do with inaccurate records?
Because Corporate Contacts is updated daily you will find very few inaccurate records.
For Corporate Advantage customers you can use our unique Return & Renew Guarantee. We'll update and return them FREE of charge to you within 10 days. This service is only available exclusively on our Corporate Advantage subscription programme.
Is the e-mail data legal to use with regards to the Data Protection Act?
Yes it is.
The Electronic Communications section of the Data Protection Act allows you to send unsolicited emails to business email addresses on business matters only.
Corporate Contacts e-mail data is collected via the telephone, usually by carrying out an interview with an individual in the company.
Because we haven’t always obtained the data subject’s agreement in writing we don’t claim this is an 'opt-in' e-mail list. But we can assure you that our method of collection conforms to the Data Protection Act for business email marketing.
